Natural Weight Loss is the only “Safe” Option
A lot of us are trying to loose weight “the best way” we can. But none of us really know what “the best way” is. So we try crash diets and diet pills that list mild side effects on their labels. Then we find out the pills are being investigated for causing liver damage, abnormal bleeding, excessive bowel leakage, and so on and so on. Just this week the FDA announced that Alli and Xenical, (the prescription version of the drug) are being investigated AGAIN for supposedly causing irreversible side effects. (I always thought “allied” was being in union, a friendship or partnership.) I tried Alli about 6 months ago and started getting terrible stomach cramps, after 3 days I just couldn’t take it anymore.
We all need to thoroughly investigate the products we consume. Losing weight is important to our self image and our health, but we shouldn’t risk our vital organs just to drop a few pounds.
There are plenty of natural products containing ingredients that are not harmful and have been proven to help you lose weight. Sleep, exercise and the foods we eat also play a vital role in weight loss. Maintaining our diets is crucial to staying healthy and fit. Weight loss is not just a size change it is a Lifestyle change.
